Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@ingrapity.com or (84)-386-860880. Please include your order number and a photo of the product.

After we review your request, we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Because you pay only when your order is delivered, you can check your package with the delivery agent before paying. If something is wrong with your order at delivery, you may refuse it.

Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health and wellness products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
